Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait. Prices are shown in your local currency.

Delivery costs

United Arab Emirates: 20 AED, free delivery on orders from 149 AED.
Oman, Qatar and Kuwait: the delivery cost is shown at checkout.

Order processing

Your order is prepared with care and shipped once your payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Orders to Oman

A valid national ID number is mandatory at checkout. It is required by the carrier for customs clearance.
Parcels to Oman are shipped with duties unpaid: 5% VAT is paid by the customer to the carrier upon delivery.
If the ID number is missing or incorrect, or if the VAT is not paid, and the parcel is blocked or returned to us, all shipping and return costs are deducted from the refund.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the delivery and return costs are deducted from the refund, including for orders that received free delivery.
